1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how AmplifAI Me LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("AmplifAI Me", "we", "us"), handles personal information on studio.amplifaime.ai and in connection with AmplifAI Me Creator Studio. Questions: info@amplifaime.ai.
2. Information we collect
- Demo bookings. When you book a demo, the booking widget (provided by HighLevel/LeadConnector) collects your name, email address, phone number and any answers you give.
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card and billing details; we receive limited transaction information such as your name, email, the amount and the payment status. We do not store card numbers.
- Your amplifaime.io account. To run your scheduling sub-account we process account details (such as name and email), the social accounts you choose to connect, and the media, captions and schedules you upload.
- Communications. Emails, texts and messages you send us, and notes from onboarding and support.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic server logs and aggregate analytics (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to deliver and secure the site.
The Creator Studio skills run on your own computer with your own accounts. We do not receive your raw footage, your Claude conversations or your API keys, unless you choose to send something to us for support.
3. How we use it
- to respond to you, hold demo calls and provide onboarding and support;
- to process your purchase, deliver the Product and run your amplifaime.io account;
- to send service messages (such as receipts, access details and important changes);
- to send marketing emails or texts, only if you opted in;
- to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
4. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and basic analytics;
- HighLevel / LeadConnector: CRM, demo booking, messaging and the amplifaime.io platform, including its subscription billing;
- Stripe: payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy);
- Google Workspace: email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. Text messages and email
We send marketing or reminder texts only to people who have opted in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
6. Cookies and local storage
This site uses only essential technologies, such as browser storage for simple preferences and security cookies that Cloudflare may set to protect the site. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies today. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: for example, while you are a customer, and afterwards as needed for accounting, tax, legal and dispute purposes. Demo-booking details we no longer need are deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, such as encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing info@amplifaime.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.
10. California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We collect the categories listed in section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity and communications) for the purposes in section 3. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization and to verify your identity.
11. Children
Creator Studio is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where data is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, tell you by email.
