1. Who we are and this agreement
These Terms of Sale and License (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and AmplifAI Me LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("AmplifAI Me", "we", "us"). They cover your purchase and use of AmplifAI Me Creator Studio (the "Product"). By buying or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. What you are buying
Creator Studio is a digital product. It includes:
- the Split Editorial and Stacked Editorial skills for Claude Code, delivered as access to private GitHub repositories and/or as zip files;
- the Creator Prompter build specification, a document your own AI agent uses to build and deploy your teleprompter app;
- a guided onboarding call;
- a sub-account on the amplifaime.io platform (a white-label HighLevel workspace) for scheduling posts, with the first month included.
Nothing physical is shipped. Delivery happens when we send your welcome email and grant repository access and/or send the files.
3. Price, payment and billing
3.1 One-time license fee
The Creator Studio license costs $4,000 USD, paid once. This payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
3.2 Separate monthly platform subscription
The amplifaime.io platform account is a separate subscription from the license. Your first month is included with your purchase. After that, the subscription costs $99 USD per month and is billed separately through the amplifaime.io platform's own billing (HighLevel SaaS billing, which is also processed by Stripe). It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your amplifaime.io account or by emailing info@amplifaime.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Monthly fees are not refunded for past or partial periods. You can keep using the skills you licensed after you cancel the platform subscription; only the scheduling account ends.
3.3 Taxes and changes
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply where you live. We may change the monthly subscription price for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. The one-time license fee you already paid does not change.
4. 30-day refund
If Creator Studio is not right for you, email info@amplifaime.ai within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund the $4,000 license fee in full. The refund covers the one-time license fee only; it does not cover monthly platform fees for periods that have already started.
When a refund is issued, your license ends. We remove your repository access and close the included platform account, and you must delete every copy of the skills, kits and documents in your possession.
5. Your license
When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one creator (one person or one brand) to install and use the Product to make an unlimited number of videos.
You may not:
- resell, share, sublicense, rent, lend, give away or redistribute the skills, kits, specifications or documents, in whole or in part;
- publish them, post them in a public repository, or include them in a product or service you offer to others;
- use one license for several creators, clients or brands (contact us about team licenses).
AmplifAI Me keeps all rights, title and intellectual property in the Product, including the skills, code, kits and documents. You own the videos and other content you make with it, subject to the rights of anyone whose material you include (such as music or B-roll).
If you breach this section, we may end your license without a refund.
6. Updates and support
Your license includes updates to the Split Editorial and Stacked Editorial skills for as long as AmplifAI Me continues to maintain those skills, at no extra cost. We may improve, change or stop maintaining the skills, and we do not promise that any feature, update or the Product itself will be available forever. If we stop maintaining the skills, you can keep using the last version you received under these Terms.

7. What you need, and your accounts
The Product needs tools you obtain and pay for separately, under their own terms:
- a Mac (macOS; Apple Silicon recommended);
- your own Claude subscription from Anthropic (we do not sell, resell or include Claude);
- DaVinci Resolve Studio;
- music, sound effects and LUTs that you are licensed to use;
- your own social media accounts.
You are responsible for those subscriptions and for keeping your own API keys, tokens, passwords and other credentials safe. Do not share them with us in chat or email. We are not responsible for charges or problems with third-party services.
8. Third-party tools and platforms
AmplifAI Me is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, Blackmagic Design, Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, Google (YouTube) or HighLevel. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the Product works with.
Third-party tools and platform policies can change at any time, and those changes may affect how the Product works. We deliberately do not auto-post to TikTok, because connecting third-party schedulers can change a TikTok account's type (for example, to a Business account) and its eligibility for creator programs. You are responsible for following each platform's rules.
9. AI output and your content
The Product uses AI tools to cut, grade, design and schedule your videos. AI output can contain mistakes. You must review every edit, caption, title and post before it is published, and you are responsible for the content you publish, including making sure you have the rights to all music, images and footage in it.
10. No guarantee of results
We do not promise any number of views, followers, engagement, verification, income or other results. Results depend on your content, your audience and the platforms, and they vary from person to person.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will work with every version of third-party software.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AmplifAI Me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify AmplifAI Me against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the content you create or publish, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
We may suspend or end your license and access if you materially breach these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling the Product. When your license ends, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies. Sections 5 (ownership), 9 through 13, and 15 continue to apply after termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@amplifaime.ai; both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days. If we cannot, any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will tell you by email or by posting the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date, except where the law allows.
